The housing association is a registered provider with the Tenancy Services Authority and has a specialist role in providing housing and services to Bradford’s Black and Minority Ethnic community.
The association owns approximately 1,200 homes housing over 5,000 residents.
Challenge
The client was subject to an independent IT audit by an external third party as part of their corporate governance responsibilities. They needed help and advice in liaising with the auditors and understanding the action points raised.
Solution
KS worked with the auditors to provide them with help and advice during the audit;
Providing assistance understanding and prioritising the actions raised and feeding back constructive comments to the auditors where appropriate;
We also assisted with implementing solutions to the gaps identified by the auditors.
Results
KS Services had specialist staff, who are qualified IT auditors, to assist the housing association throughout the internal audit process. This assisted greatly in managing and understanding the action points raised.
